Unaccompanied freight

Our ships and ferry ports in the UK and on the continent are fully equipped to handle the full range of unaccompanied wheeled freight items such as mobile homes, trailers, tractors and trade cars. In addition, rubber tracked vehicles can be carried on some of our services. Unaccompanied cars can only be shipped if loaded to a trailer.

We are fully conscious of the security implications of unaccompanied traffics and have a range of systems in place to protect you against damage or theft.

Important information:

Shipments of USED vehicles will only be accepted providing the following conditions are met.

On delivery to the port of departure, the vehicle should be completely empty of all personal belongings and must be sanitised inside and out.

Stevedores at our ports will sanitise the vehicle after it is offloaded from the ship, prior to collection from the port of arrival.

All unaccompanied vehicles are required to be on port at least 2 hours before scheduled departure time, shipment cannot otherwise be guaranteed.
