This offers customers the very latest information on the passage of their vehicles through our hands. From check-in at the port of departure to the time of arrival at the port of destination, a vehicle's progress can be followed easily and efficiently.
Reservations Management
An extension of the track and trace facility, this new service allows account holders to modify or cancel existing bookings up to 4 hours prior to departure. Client job reference number, registration number, goods description and weight and the driver's details may all be input by the customer. Should plans change, bookings may be cancelled quickly and easily.
Electronic Accounts
This package allows customers to access their account on-line. The full range of accounts functions is available, from checking balances right through to passing invoices for payment. Constantly updated on-line messaging allows any queries to be speedily resolved. Information can be downloaded in a variety of popular formats.
