Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) - 1st November 2008 - 31st December 2008
In line with our original commitment, a review of the level of the BAF has taken place, reflecting average prices over the past three months. Effective 1st November, the following revised figures will apply on a per shipment basis:
- Channel services €6.11 / £4.89
- Irish services €12.21/ £9.77
- Spanish services €18.32/ £14.66
In the light of the recent volatility of the price of oil, it has been decided that the next review date will be January 1st 2009, with subsequent changes being made on a monthly basis. Any on-going adjustments will take into account the price of oil on the international market in conjunction with the rate of exchange between the US $, £ Sterling and € Euro.
This website will be used as the sole means of notification of any future changes.
