1 Are your charges subject to VAT?
As we invoice from France, we do not charge VAT to companies registered for VAT in other EU countries.
2 Can I pay by direct debit?
We have responded to the much-increased demand from customers wishing to pay by this method. Just ask our Accounts department for the relevant paperwork.
3 Do you buy and sell foreign currency?
Yes. By arrangement with our Accounts department, we can offer special rates of exchange for large transactions.
4 What are the benefits of being an account holder?
On-line invoicing and 'Track & Trace' facilities are available to account holders. Further details are available on request.
5 I have made personal travel arrangements, can this be charged to my freight account?
Regrettably not. Differing conditions apply to this sector.
6 Can you help in an emergency?
